Fabio Sperling is a German poker player.
In 2014 he finished fourth in the EPT Prague Main Event for �308,180, his largest cash to date. He followed that up in 2016 with a runner-up finish in the Master Classics of Poker Main Event for �184,820.
In 2017 he final-tabled the 888poker LIVE London Festival High Roller, finishing seventh.
In 2022, he final-tabled the UKIPT Nottingham Main Event, finishing sixth.
