The PokerNews Leagues on PokerStars Come to Exciting Conclusions

All of the PokerNews Leagues on PokerStars have come to an end and now dozens of players will have the opportunity to cash in on tens of thousands of dollars in their respective League Finals!

After 10 weeks of tough poker, the fantastic initiative that saw PokerNews and PokerStars come together to offer eight huge value poker leagues has finally come to an end.

Each league will now see the top 27 players take to the felt in their respective League Finals, which will offer thousands of dollars to the winners.

The $10,000 PokerStars PokerNews League Final, which was open to players from all regions, will take place on Dec. 21 at 2100 EST (0200 GMT). All other league finals will take place on the same day at varying times depending on where players reside.

The top 18 finishers in the League Finals will go home with a share of their league's prize pool and below you can see how the final tournaments will pay out the prize money.

Those players who are skillful enough to slip into the top 27 of their league will fight it out for a share of a huge prize pool which varies from league to league.

By the time the League Finals are in the record books, PokerNews and PokerStars will have awarded a gigantic $59,000 in added prize pools.

Please note that in situations where multiple players finished on the same amount of league points, the players who reached their amount of points by playing in less total tournaments qualified for their League Final.
