Women in Poker Hall of Fame (WiPHoF) Nominations Open Until September 23
The Women in Poker Hall of Fame (WiPHoF), which was established in 2008 and currently has 25 members, has opened its public nomination process and will accept submissions until September 23.
Anyone may submit a nomination and the Hall Committee will review all nominations for qualifications and consideration.
WiPHoF Criteria
- A candidate must have been active as a player or industry leader for a minimum of 10 years prior to election and 35 yrs of age or older.
- Player/industry leader must have contributed to the world of poker in some significant way. This person can qualify by either winning major poker tournaments, or by making significant contributions to the industry of poker.
- Player/industry leader must be a proponent of women in poker.All nominees must be approved by a committee of the Board of Directors and Inductees.
- Nominees must agree to terms & conditions of the Women in Poker Hall of Fame.

After careful screening by the WiPHoF Nominations Committee and current members of the Hall of Fame, qualified candidates are placed on the ballot. Voting will begin on October 14, 2024, by the current members of the Women in Poker Hall of Fame and selected poker media industry members. Each voting member will receive 10 votes. They may cast them however they wish.
The Women in Poker Hall of Fame Induction Ceremony & Luncheon will be held in December, 2024 in Las Vegas. The location and time to be announced soon.
