Qualify for the WPT Global Winter Classic Main Event for Under $10

Earlier this week, PokerNews shared details about the upcoming WPT Global Winter Classic, which plays out at Playground Montreal from January 24 to February 4.

A jam-packed itinerary of Championship Ring events litter the schedule, with the highlights being the $200,000 GTD $350 Mystery Bounty and $500,000 GTD $1,150 Winter Classic Main Event.

Thanks to the partnership between WPT Global and Playground for the series, players can qualify for the Main Event on WPT Global for less than $10, giving players the chance to score some massive paydays from some pocket change.

How to Qualify on WPT Global

From now to Saturday, January 27, daily feeder satellites are running on WPT Global, leading to the final qualifier on Sunday, January 28.

Simply navigate your way over the first hurdle and then finish inside the paid place in the Main Event Online Satellite to confirm your spot at the tables. The finale currently has a generous 10 seats guaranteed but that figure will likely grow as the date draws closer.

Players can opt to buy in directly to the final satellite for $93.50, skipping the first step. Those with more modest bankrolls can try their luck for just $9.35, and there are also $18.70 feeder satellites that offer more seats.

Last-Longer for Qualifiers

There's also an extra layer of excitement to the Mystery Bounty and Main Event with a Last-Longer competition exclusively for WPT Global-qualified participants. Each Last-Longer champion among the qualified players stands to win $3,000. To be eligible, players must maintain an active WPT Global account with a balance of $500 or more, or have made a first deposit of $20 or more since January 1. Don't forget to wear your WPT Global patch while participating; patches will be provided at Playground when you join the tournaments.
