When people think of Las Vegas in the summer, you can bet that most of their thoughts revolve around the World Series of Poker. While that may be the centre of attention for many, there are plenty of other poker series and festivals taking place that people should look at.

You've got the 2022 MSPT Venetian and 2022 BetMGM Poker Championship, which are currently underway, as well as the upcoming $1,000,000 GTD PokerNews Cup, which takes place at the Golden Nugget from June 24-28.

But one series you may have missed is the second annual Mixed Game Festival, which runs from June 12-16 at Resorts World, Las Vegas.

The festival, which is sponsored by PokerStars, offers "low stakes cash games catering to lovers of all poker variants, from weekend warriors to home game hotshots, and even to grinders and pros just looking to take a bit of a relaxing break from the major tournament series happening around the city," said festival founder Robbie Strazynski.
