The biggest online poker festival ever to take place in the long history of 888poker is nearly halfway through its schedule with the Millions Superstorm guaranteeing at more than $8 million across 480 tournaments from Sept. 10 to Oct. 11.
The highlight of the festival is the two-day $320 888Millions Superstorm Main Event boasting a huge $1 million guarantee. Opening flights have already begun for this event and there are plenty of chances every day for you to earn a ticket to this event for free.
"Jesusisback" impressively shipped the 888Millions $109 Mega Deep in back to back nights on Wednesday and Thursday to bank a total of $6,900 from these two events alone.
Hundreds of events have already taken place during the first couple of weeks of the Millions Superstorm at 888poker.
"Jesusisback" wasn't the only player to win two events in the past two days. In fact it didn't take two days for Ukraine's "iVolsh" to win two 888Millions Superstorm events as this player accomplished this feat in one day.
Also winning big was Latvia's Janis "crapmachine" Valters, Russia's Dmitry "dimadima13" Kataev, and Brazil's Caio "CVriserio" Riserio.

Opening flights for the Superstorm Main Event are underway with thus far 1,158 entrants (including 131 inflight re-entries) already hopping into the action in hopes for a lion's share of the at least $1 million guaranteed in the prize pool.
A total of 168 players and counting have thus far virtually bagged a stack with many more to come. Brazil's "vitola99" has kept the chip lead for well more than a week after growing his 10,000 opening chip stack into a monster stack of 227,527 in chips.
The top ten on the leaderboard remains the same since Wednesday's update with a pair of players each from Brazil and Kazakhstan leading the way in the top four spots.

The Main Event provides plenty of action with 20-minute blind levels on Day 1. Opening flights end the sooner of 12 blind levels in the books or the field trimmed down to 14 percent of its starting size.
The next opening flight takes place on Friday, Sept. 25 at 7 p.m. GMT / 3 p.m. EDT. There are plenty of satellites for players to qualify for pennies on the dollars along with many paths for players to get their tickets for free.
Surviving players will return for one final day of play on Sunday, Oct. 11 when all of the action will be reported under the watchful eye of the PokerNews Live Reporting team.
