A member of PokerStars' Team Online since 2013, German pro Felix xflixx Schneiders recently took some time out of his busy schedule to talk with PokerNews all about his poker community and how he became a MuchBetter Ambassador.

A former math student and "Magic: The Gathering" player, Schneiders began playing poker in 2005. He now streams regularly on Twitch, not just commentating on his online poker plays but with live training, coaching and hand analysis.

Vetting Potential Sponsors

As well as being a PokerStars Team Online Pro, Schneiders also has a number of sponsors that support his brand and that he says bring value to his community.

"This is always what I am looking for in potential sponsors to my channel or brand," said Schneiders. "Is their product something I am convinced of 100%? Will I be happily using it on a daily basis myself? And does the partnership provide value to my community?

"Some times I try it out myself and test the product, especially to also see if it was something valuable to my community."

'MuchBetter' Comes on Board

Recently, MuchBetter contacted him, pitching a product and said they'd like to work with him as an ambassador for their brand and product. MuchBetter is a revolutionary award-winning payment app that boasts the lowest gaming e-wallet fees in the world, and after some testing out, he came on board.

"I am using MuchBetter nearly on a daily basis by now for shopping, small purchases, withdrawal or deposits to my PokerStars account, transfer to friends or community members and especially when on travels.

"It allows me to be super flexible with my money without worrying about having cash or different currency issues. It also makes me feel like I can go shopping with my PokerStars money when I feel like rewarding myself after a good session!"

Safe and Secure

MuchBetter also state of the art technology such as a MasterCard that changes its CVV code every time you use it.

"The account also allows you to use a keyfob and a free MasterCard as tools that are directly connected to your smartphone app and your phone number. This way your account is protected from fraud. MuchBetter also has no fees for the times I most often use it as a Poker player. That includes deposits from and to PokerStars, sending money to friends or purchases such as my daily grocery shopping."

Promotions and Partnerships

This isn't the first time MuchBetter has partnered with a poker community after they helped set up a "huge promo" that allowed people from the Twitch community to play live at EPT Barcelona.

"Promos like these that create unique stories or experiences of a lifetime are the ones that provide the most value I feel. There is no better thing than making a dream come true for a community member, just like we have witnessed with all the Platinum Pass winner stories through PokerStars PSPC.

"I also like having promos that are free to enter by simply using the app and collecting points towards a draw. So many times I hear people from my community wondering where they got a couple of extra bucks from when they opened their accounts and were super happy about it."

Schneiders says that having a safe and secure e-wallet means that he doesn't have to worry about money issues, especially with being able to use his PokerStars money on the high street.

"It is super helpful to have an e-wallet that helps you to access your Poker money quickly, transfer it to friends and most importantly help you pay securely and safely without worrying about fraud."
