Table Of Contents
The 2019 Borgata Fall Poker Open Event #20 $1,560 Purple Chip Bounty NLH drew a total of 59 entries creating a prize pool of over $57,000. When the smoke cleared World Series of Poker bracelet winner Michael Wang was the last man standing.
It was anything but a smooth ride for Wang at the final table after he took two brutal beats. His pocket aces were first cracked by Chun Li's pocket tens in an all-in preflop confrontation.
Just a few hands later, Wang's pocket kings were cracked by the pocket sevens of James Tarantino, but Wang kept his composure.
Wang brought a massive chip lead into heads-up play and after just a few hands he was holding his second Borgata Poker Open trophy.
Wang takes home $20,029 for his victory and he has now earned over $2,500,000 throughout his career. Below is a full look at the final table results.
