The first of two $1 million guaranteed POWERFEST Championship Events saw 312 players part company with $5,200, creating a massive $1,560,000 prize pool as a result. This huge prize pool was shared among the top 40 finishers with a min-cash weighing in at $12,168, a final table appearance being worth $31,200 and the champion walking away with $310,440.

Team partypoker member Roberto WelshWizard Romanello burst the final table bubble, busting in ninth-place for $24,180.

MaXiMuSpkr was the final tables first casualty and they were followed to the sidelines by PaLpAlIZa, Kackucy and PokerG1rl69.

Each of the final four players were guaranteed a six-figure score. Team partypokers Anatoly NL_Profit Filatov fell in fourth place for $114,660 only a week after he banked a $159,000 prize.

Swedens Niklas Drultiooo Astedt then busted in third place for a $157,560 addition to his bankroll, leaving Jon sordykrd Van Fleet and Ben CowEyed Tollerene to play heads-up for the title.

Van Fleet, winner of partypokers inaugural MILLIONS Online event last year for more than $1 million, fell in second place and collected $224,640, which allowed Tollerene to get his hands on $310,440.

Tollerene has a superb record in partypokers biggest online events. He won $393,900 in May 2018 when he finished fourth in a $5 million guaranteed POWERFEST event and won the $25,500 Super High Roller POWERFEST event in Sept. 2017 for $846,772.

The PokerStars WCOOP-55-H: $5,200 NLHE 8-Max PKO entry list read like a whos who of online poker, which wasnt surprising considering the tournament cost $5,200 to enter.

A field of 203 players created a prize pool of $1,015,000, more than twice the size of the guarantee, and this was shared among the top 23 finishers.

Each of the eight players at the final table was guaranteed at least $16,872 from the prize pool plus whatever they had accumulated in bounties along the way. Finnish star Samuel uropan Vousden fell in eighth place for a combined $24,372 with Hungarys Laszlo omaha4rollz Bujtas collecting $52,438 for his seventh-place exit.

Kahle ROFLshove Burns, Phil MrSweets28 Galfond and Chinas huang33 then fell by the wayside with Galfond winning the most cash despite finishing in fifth place thanks to him securing $31,796 worth of bounties to go with his $36,066 prize.

Romanias Nedelcu Narcisus90 Narcis crashed out in third place after firing three bullets at the tournament. His persistence paid off to the tune of $105,121 when bounties were taken into consideration.

Narcis exit left MB TREMENDO and the UKs Lucas Bit2Easy Reeves to battle it out for the title. It was a battle that Reeves would emerge victorious from, getting his hands on a combined $219,741 with his Uruguayan opponent busting with $87,173 to console themselves with.
