World Poker Tour Announces European Championship in Berlin
The World Poker Tour announced on Tuesday that it will be heading to Berlin, Germany for a televised Season XVI European Championship, taking place at the Spielbank Casino from Jan. 5-15, 2018. It will mark the tour's first ever stop to Germany's capital city.
The festival will open with a �1,500 WPTDeepStacks event from Jan 5-8, featuring a �500,000 guaranteed prize pool. The headlining tournament is the WPT European Championship �3,300 Main Event, taking place January 10-15. The Main Event is tagged with a �1 million guaranteed prize pool and will be broadcast as part of the WPT��s televised Season XVI coverage. In addition, the final table will be live streamed to poker audiences across the globe.
