Brayden Fritzshall Keeps Rolling, Chops Battles at the Beach
Brayden Fritzshall continued his torrid start to 2015, banking $98,000 on March 30 as part of a three-way deal that ended the 2015 Battles at the Beach Main Event at Isle Casino Pompano Park in Pompano Beach, FL.
William Kakon, an accomplished tournament player with nearly $500,000 in live cashes entering the event, took home more than $120,000 and the trophy as part of the deal that ended play, Fritzshall said. Fritzshall officially finished third, while Carlo Rodriguez officially finished second, cashing for $98,200.
The $1,200 buy-in event drew 579 runners, creating a prize pool of $619,530, easily surpassing the $400,000 guarantee.
