EPT Malta

The first-ever European Poker Tour Malta will take place at the Portomaso Casino from March 18-28, 2015. With 67 tournaments on the schedule, there's plenty of poker action for everyone.

The sixth stop of Season 12 will culminate in the 5,300 Main Event from March 22-28, but it will also include a 25,500 High Roller from March 18-20 and 10,300 High Roller from March 26-28. The PokerNews Live Reporting team will be bringing you live updates from all three of those events.

Finally, EPT Malta will coincide with the inaugural Global Poker Masters (GPM), which is a country-based poker championship that will see players from the eight top-ranked countries in the GPI (USA, UK, Germany, Canada, Russia, France, Italy, and Ukraine) compete against each other. This event will also be covered by PokerNews.

With so much action taking place at the EPT Malta, we've decided to simplify things and break down the when, where, and how of the stop's live coverage options.

PokerNews Live Reporting

As previously mentioned, live coverage from the first "shuffle up and deal" to the final river card will be hosted right here on PokerNews. The reports can be found in the PokerNews Live Reporting section. In that section, you will be able to view live updates straight from the tournament floor that include hand histories, chip counts, photos, videos, prizes, daily recaps, and more brought to you by our world-class live updates team.

EPT Live Stream

If that's not enough to satisfy your poker appetite, be sure to check out the live stream of the event on PokerStars.tv. The live stream kicks off on March 23 at 13:00 CET with the Italian Poker Tour Main Event final table, then on March 24 coverage from the EPT Malta Main Event will pick up with Day 2 action. From there, the live stream will operate everyday until a winner is crowned, with the final table being broadcast on a delay with the hole cards face up. Manned by the outstanding duo of James Hartigan and Joe Stapleton, the EPT live stream is a show you don't want to miss.

Watch the Global Poker Masters

It was recently announced that the Global Poker Masters, which will take place at the Hilton Hotel in Malta on March 21-22, would be promoted and broadcasted live on Twitch.

"The Global Poker Masters will be broadcasted and promoted on Twitch in five different languages," said GPI owner Alex Dreyfus. "This means that we will not only have the live stream of our event available in real-time on Twitch, but also that the GPM will be featured on the portal's homepage, making the event visible to an impressive amount of online users."

Streaming will be also available on PokerStars.tv and many other sites. For more information, including a complete live stream schedule as well as a list of partner streaming sites, click here.
