Inside the Mind of Joe Cada
On Monday, PokerStars Team Pro Joe Cada, won his second World Series of Poker (WSOP) bracelet in Event #32: $10,000 Six-Handed No-Limit Hold'em Championship, the first since he won the WSOP Main Event in 2009.
Cada shared his thoughts before his win when he was third in chips leading into the final day in his PokerStars blog titled "Ready for another bracelet."
It is interesting to read about Cada's mindset leading into the final day before his eventual victory; Cada seemed very upbeat, however, as you might expect, he was anxious to get his hands on more hardware after almost five years without a bracelet.
He also expressed his frustrations with a dismal 2010 WSOP due to him not properly adjusting for his new image as a previous WSOP Main Event champion. More recently Cada came up just shy of a bracelet when finishing in fourth place in two WSOP events last year, and was a runner up in a WSOP event in 2012.
Cada also revealed that he is in Sin City not only to play in the WSOP, but is also teaching a WSOP Academy class alongside former WSOP champions Greg Merson and Greg Raymer.

World Poker Championship at Full Tilt Poker
The 2014 FIFA World Cup is in full force, and to celebrate this amazing football festival that happens once every four years, Full Tilt Poker is hosting the Full Tilt World Poker Championship.
The World Poker Championship pits country against country with the overall score being based off each country's rankings in cash games, sit-and-gos and tournaments.
The Full Tilt Poker blog reports that Croatia just beat Mexico to reach the finals. Even though Mexico finished in second place overall in the sit-and- go category, they finished in 37th place in the other categories dragging their overall score down to 37th place. Croatia finished in second place overall primarily carried by their impressive second place finish in the cash game category.

Ten Must See Attractions in Las Vegas
It has been a while since we covered a story from the partypoker blog, but their recent blog titled "10 Amazing Attractions You Need To Visit In Las Vegas!" is a can't miss if you are in Las Vegas for the WSOP this summer or just on a quick visit to Sin City.
This blog should give some ideas to any poker player visiting Las Vegas and some things they should consider doing with their downtime. While we won't get into all of the top 10, some of the recommendations include having dinner at the Stratosphere, visiting downtown, and watching the fountains at the Bellagio.
One of the attractions not listed, but something I am personally going to do when visiting Las Vegas next week, is testing my bravery on the new Voodoo Zip Line.
This nerve-breaking ride takes you fifty stories up at one Rio tower, down to about five stories, and up again at another Rio Tower. If that is not enough, the ride then takes you back to where you started.
