Sunday Briefing

With the 2011 PokerStars World Championship of Online Poker just winding down, most of the Sunday Majors are still on hiatus. However, thats not to suggest that there werent some big winners this weekend. The biggest of course came in the $109 Sunday Rebuy, where djalminha outlasted a field of 1,250 to claim the $76,084.25 first-place prize.

In addition to the Sunday Majors, there were WCOOP 2nd Chance tournaments running. All eyes may have been on the WCOOP Main Event, but that doesnt mean those with a more limited bankroll werent excited about the 2nd Chance events, especially Kenji Royal Jiks T and maccoca5, who each took down an event.
